If you want to join, you can join more than one workshop.

This is for ANYBODY who wants to have more information and connection to their Pilates practice. You can be Pi-curious, doing Pilates for years or a teacher! All our welcome!

In this 2 hour workout and workshop, learn all the ways to get the connections you need to do the Teaser!

We'll kick off with a Mini Mat workout designed to warm you up and strengthen all the parts of the Teaser.

Like every OPC workshop, we'll deep dive on a topic! Then myself and a couple of our OPC teachers will join me to deconstruct the Teaser on the Mat. We'll go over tips and strategies we use to rock our Teaser! There will be something for everybody!

Finally, we will put these tips to the test! Just like any other week in OPC, a 2nd opportunity to do the workout! As you know, when you compare yourself to yourself, you see just how much more you can do!

The workshop and workout will be LIVE and there will be a 3 day replay.

Can't attend live? No problem! You'll have 3 days to enjoy the replay. Normally our 1-hour workshops are $79. But we want to make sure as many people as possible have access to understanding the Teaser. You will walk away with tools and tips you can use to practice your Teaser! And, you'll be able to use this information to better any Pilates workout you do wherever you are.
